1.Definitions and Interpretation

"Platform" refers to the hiabee website at hiabee.org and all products, services, games, and betting markets accessible therein. "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual upon completing the hiabee registration process. "Balance" means the total funds held in a user's hiabee account at any given time, inclusive of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements. "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by hiabee under specific terms and conditions that differ from real-money funds. "Withdrawal" means the transfer of real-money funds from a user's hiabee Balance to an approved payment method registered to that account.

References to "Bangladesh Standard Time" or "BST" mean UTC+6 as observed across Bangladesh. All time-sensitive Terms provisions (e.g., withdrawal processing windows, bonus expiry periods) are measured in BST unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2.Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 To open and maintain a hiabee account you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are at least 21 years of age. hiabee does not permit persons under 21 years of age to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market.
• You are accessing hiabee for personal entertainment purposes only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by hiabee or any third-party responsible gaming scheme to which hiabee participates.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of hiabee or any of its affiliated game studio partners.

2.2 Each individual may register one (1) account only. The existence of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms. hiabee reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets or game rounds, and retain any Balance found in duplicate accounts.

2.3 You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your account. You are obliged to notify hiabee promptly if any of your registration details change. hiabee accepts no liability for losses arising from a user's failure to keep registration information current.

2.4 hiabee reserves the right to decline any registration application without stating a reason and without liability to the applicant.

3.Identity Verification (KYC)

3.1 hiabee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. hiabee may, at any time and without prior notice, request documents from any account holder to verify identity, age, address, ownership of payment methods, or source of funds. Requested documents may include but are not limited to a national identity card, passport, driving licence, utility bill, or bank statement.

3.2 Withdrawals may be suspended, and accounts placed in a restricted status, pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process. hiabee is not liable for any delay in processing withdrawals caused by a user's failure to provide requested documentation promptly.

3.3 Any account found to have been opened using false, forged, or misleading identity documents will be immediately closed. All funds in such accounts are subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. hiabee accepts deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. hiabee does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges for which hiabee bears no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into the same hiabee account ("same-method rule"), except where hiabee expressly authorises an alternative method in writing. hiabee does not charge a fee for withdrawals to local Bangladeshi mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawal fees, if any, are disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request.

4.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts to bKash or Nagad are processed within five (5) minutes in the majority of cases, subject to payment provider availability. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) Bangladesh business days. hiabee accepts no liability for delays caused by payment intermediaries.

4.4 hiabee reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases hiabee may hold funds pending investigation and notify the relevant authorities if required by law.

4.5 Deposits made to a hiabee account become available for gaming and betting purposes only. hiabee does not pay interest on account balances.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 hiabee may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback awards, and other incentives ("Promotions") to new and existing account holders. Each Promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant Promotion page and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

5.2 Unless the specific Promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the Promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in the forfeiture of all remaining bonus funds.
• Bonus funds may not be used to place bets on markets excluded from wagering contribution, as specified in the individual Promotion terms.
• hiabee reserves the right to withdraw any Promotion, adjust its terms, or cancel bonus funds from any account where the Promotion has been misused or abused.

5.3 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Claims made by individuals sharing an IP address or payment instrument are subject to review.

5.4 hiabee has absolute discretion in determining whether a Promotion has been abused and its decision in this regard is final.

6.Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 All bets and game rounds placed on the hiabee platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, league, game type, or live casino product. These rules are accessible within each product section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting. Bets placed on cricket matches including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and international fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers are subject to official match result confirmation by the relevant governing body. hiabee reserves the right to void bets on matches abandoned, postponed, or determined to have been subject to match-fixing under investigation by ICC, BCB, or equivalent authorities.

6.3 Live Casino. All live dealer games are operated by certified third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a live game round, the provider's own rules apply. hiabee is not liable for losses arising from live game technical failures outside its direct control.

6.4 Slots and Crash Games. Slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective studios. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-run average and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

6.5 hiabee reserves the right to limit the stake size, maximum payout, or number of concurrent bets for any user account, game type, or betting market at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

6.6 Bets accepted in error — including bets placed at incorrectly displayed odds due to a technical fault — may be voided by hiabee. Users will be notified and the relevant stake returned to their account Balance.

7.Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hiabee platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and where applicable, legal action:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or pricing anomalies to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users in poker, live dealer games, or any competitive game format.
• Placing bets to artificially meet bonus wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent (commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting").
• Using the platform to launder money or transfer funds obtained through illegal means.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your hiabee account.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials to any other person.

7.2 hiabee employs fraud detection, pattern analysis, and third-party verification tools to identify prohibited conduct. Accounts flagged by these systems may be placed under review at any time.

8.Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

8.1 User-Initiated Closure. You may request to close your hiabee account at any time by contacting hiabee customer support. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, provided all wagering and KYC requirements have been met.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. hiabee provides a self-exclusion programme for users who wish to take a break from gambling. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours up to permanent exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed within the selected exclusion window. Users under self-exclusion may not open a new hiabee account for the duration of their exclusion period.

8.3 hiabee-Initiated Closure. hiabee reserves the right to close any account and void any outstanding transactions where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a user has breached these Terms, provided false registration information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account creates legal or regulatory risk for hiabee.

8.4 hiabee is not liable for any losses, direct or indirect, resulting from an account closure initiated under clause 8.3, provided hiabee has acted in accordance with these Terms.

9.Responsible Gaming

9.1 hiabee is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all account holders. The platform makes available, free of charge and without conditions, the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps, effective immediately upon activation.
• Loss Limits: Maximum permissible net loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automatic notifications after a configurable period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: An irreversible account closure for users who determine that gambling is no longer serving their best interests.

10.Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the hiabee platform — including but not limited to the hiabee name, logo, visual design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of hiabee or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

10.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No element of the hiabee platform may be reproduced, redistributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the express prior written consent of hiabee.

11.Privacy and Data Protection

11.1 The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data submitted by users of the hiabee platform is governed by hiabee's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By registering an account with hiabee you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 hiabee applies SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the platform. Sensitive financial data is handled in accordance with applicable payment security standards.

12.Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hiabee's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.2 hiabee is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss — including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity — arising from the use of or inability to use the hiabee platform.

12.3 hiabee provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While hiabee endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control including natural disasters, civil unrest, or failures of third-party infrastructure providers.

13.Amendments to These Terms

13.1 hiabee reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the date of publication on this page. Where an amendment materially affects user rights, hiabee will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via account notification or email.

13.2 Continued use of the hiabee platform after any amendment constitutes the user's acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

14.Governing Law and Disputes

14.1 These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the hiabee platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which hiabee is registered as an operator.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and hiabee, you should contact hiabee support in the first instance. hiabee commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within two (2) BST business days and providing a substantive response within ten (10) BST business days. hiabee's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any external escalation is initiated.

14.3 If a dispute remains unresolved after completion of the internal process, either party may seek resolution through applicable alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms available under the laws of the governing jurisdiction.
